Roaming Bloom
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Changting Lite Clothing Co., Ltd. (长汀利特服装有限公司) ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit roamingbloom.com or buy from us. We are the data controller for the purposes of the EU/UK GDPR and a "business" for the purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA (together, "CCPA").
Your opt-out rights at a glance
California residents: you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, including the use of your data for cross-context behavioural advertising. Use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information control below, or send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — we honour it automatically.
All visitors: you can withdraw consent for analytics and marketing cookies at any time via Cookie Preferences in the footer. Withdrawal never affects strictly necessary cookies.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email address, shipping and billing address, telephone number, order details, gift messages and any correspondence you send us.
- Payment information: processed by our payment providers. We never store full card numbers on our servers; we receive only a token, the card brand and the last four digits.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Information from third parties: fraud-prevention signals, address verification and delivery status from carriers.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16, and we do not sell the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16.
2. How we use your information
- To process, fulfil and deliver your order, and to handle returns and refunds.
- To communicate with you about your order, and to answer your questions.
- To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting and customs obligations.
- With your consent: to send marketing emails and to measure the performance of our advertising.
- To improve our products, sizing and site experience using aggregated statistics.
3. Legal bases (EU/UK GDPR)
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Processing and delivering your order | Performance of a contract |
| Fraud prevention, site security | Legitimate interests |
| Marketing emails, advertising cookies | Consent (withdrawable at any time) |
| Tax, customs and accounting records | Legal obligation |
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use four categories of cookies. Only the first is set without your consent.
| Category | Purpose | Consent |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Shopping bag, checkout, security, load balancing | Always on |
| Functional | Remembering your size, currency and recently viewed items | Optional |
| Analytics | Anonymous, aggregated statistics on how the store is used | Optional |
| Marketing | Measuring campaigns and showing relevant pieces on other sites | Optional |
You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of every page, or through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent checkout from working.
5. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (opt-out)
We do not sell personal information for money. However, when marketing cookies are enabled, our advertising partners may process information about your activity on this site to show you advertising elsewhere. Under the CCPA/CPRA this may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising.
How to opt out
- Click Cookie Preferences in the footer and switch Analytics and Marketing off, then choose Save preferences. Alternatively use the button below.
- Send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. We detect GPC and treat it as a valid opt-out request for the browser and device you use it on.
- Email [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information". We will action it within 15 business days and confirm by email.
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by the CCPA, and we do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.
Your other California rights
- Right to know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, and the third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny you goods, charge different prices or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] or write to us at the registered address below. We will verify your request using information already associated with your account; an authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.
6. Sharing your information
- Service providers acting on our instructions: payment processors, hosting and CDN providers, email delivery, analytics, fraud prevention, and carriers such as DHL, FedEx and national postal services.
- Advertising and analytics partners — only where you have consented, and subject to the opt-out described above.
- Professional advisers, auditors and insurers where necessary.
- Authorities where we are legally required to disclose, including customs and tax authorities.
- Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.
We do not permit our service providers to use your personal information for their own marketing purposes.
7. International transfers
We are based in China and use service providers in the United States, the European Union and Singapore. Where personal information is transferred out of the EEA or the UK we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, together with technical measures such as encryption in transit and at rest.
8. How long we keep your information
Order and tax records: 7 years, as required by accounting law. Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe, plus 24 months. Analytics data: 26 months. Fraud-prevention records: 24 months. Support correspondence: 36 months.
9. Your rights in the EEA, UK and elsewhere
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office). Contact [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
10. Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS/TLS 1.3. We apply strict transport security, content security policy, brute-force protection and least-privilege access controls. Payment card data is tokenised and never touches our servers. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we notify affected individuals and regulators of a breach where legally required.
11. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced by email or with a notice on the site at least seven days before they take effect.
